HUDUNS 15g Resin materials for temporary crown and bridge
Temporary Crown and Bridge Resin
Specification and model:
A1(15g),A2(15g),A3(15g)
Product Name | Temporary crown and bridge resin | Type | Orthodontics |
Model | 15g | Usage | Teeth Finishing and Polishing |
Shape | Solid | Application | Dental Areal |
Shape, main composition and principle:
Shape: Cylindrical paste
Main ingredients: Urethane dimethacrylate,Silica powder & Organic and inorganic composite filler
Principle: By photopolymerization, the monomers in the paste polymerize to improve the viscosity and achieve polymerization and curing.
Product performance:
The hardness of the lower surface is not less than 70% of the hardness of the upper surface.
Flexural strength ≥50MPa.
Water absorption value ≤ 40μg/mm3.
Solution value ≤7.5 g /mm3.
Applicable Scope:
The product is suitable for making temporary patches that can be kept in the mouth for 1-2 weeks.
usage method:
Remove the plug of the syringe, push the syringe push rod, and intercept appropriate amount of paste with the knife. After intercepting the paste, cover the syringe head with the plug in time to avoid the product being irradiated by light.
After wearing gloves, knead the paste repeatedly with your fingers to make it soft.
Make a shape between the abutment and the adjacent teeth that can be easily inserted, or insert the paste first between the abutments.
Apply separation agent on the surface of abutments and adjacent teeth, press the paste on abutments, and use a knife to shape the crown contour.
Let the patient gently bite, leave the mark of the occlusal surface, and then make the occlusal adjustment. Meanwhile, make the edge adjustment and shape of the buccal tongue side. Use appropriate equipment to remove excess material as needed. If the forming operation time is too long, the separation agent can be applied to fingers and instruments to avoid paste adhesion. Please discard the rest of the paste.
Temporarily solidify the material in the patient's mouth to prevent deformation when removed from the mouth. According to the order of buccal face, adjacent face, maxillofacial and lingual side, the material was exposed to light, and the temporary crowns were taken out after temporary polymerization. When taking out, keep the direction perpendicular to the abutment to avoid temporary crown deformation.
The temporary crowns were irradiated externally with a light curing machine (wavelength: 480nm), and each side was irradiated for about 20 seconds for final curing.
Use appropriate equipment for grinding and shaping, and use this product to add and stack the missing parts.
It is suggested that the temporary crown should be bonded with temporary crown cement.
